Career Opportunity – Communications and Development Officer
As we approach our 40th Anniversary in 2024, we are looking to recruit a Communications and Development Officer to join our small and dedicated team to lead and spearhead campaigns in this exciting milestone year. This role will support the realisation of our ambitious Strategy 2023-2025 plan and programme of activity by developing and leading our company marketing and fundraising plans.
This role is envisioned to be full time, but we are open to part time or flexible hours for the right candidate. The role can be worked remotely but with the availability to attend regular in-person meetings in our Dublin City Centre offices. This role will be for one year, with a view to extension.
Salary for this role will be between €36,400 and €39,000 pro rata, commensurate with level of experience. Rough Magic is an equal opportunities employer
Job Description
The Communications and Development Officer will work alongside the Artistic Director, General Manager and Producer as a key member of the Rough Magic team and will play a vital role in supporting the company’s activities and strategy. They will report to the General Manager and to the Artistic Director.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in our Dublin City Centre office and/or remotely and to have the requisite skills and experience to support an ambitious artistic programme for 2024 and beyond.
