Imagine you’re travelling the world –
You’re jumping out of planes, diving with sharks, living your best life until… your body stops working, and no one knows why. You’re stranded on a tiny island, in need of a ventilator and time is of the essence. You have to be evacuated by air and then the ground starts shaking…
This is an extraordinary true story, brought to life in an incredible way. Adrenaline-filled, aerial flight captures the joy of living life to the full, and the terror of being trapped in a body that refuses to function.
You couldn’t make it up!
Directed by Lynne Parker, with Aerial Choreography from Fidget Feet Aerial Dance company’s Chantal McCormick, Freefalling stars Georgina Miller and José Portillo with the phenomenal design team; Emma Fisher, Zia Bergin-Holly, Fiona Sheil and Gemma Morris.
If you can’t catch it in October, Freefalling will also be playing at Lime Tree Theatre in Limerick on 26-27 September, 8pm – book now at this link.
